Our Company, Iyanola Beverages was born out of the need to create a unique perspective in the Beverages Industry. The name itself shows the uniqueness of our company in that it plays on the rich history of our island home. Named Iyanola (Land of the Iguanas) by the Arawak People who first occupied the island, St.. Lucia has always maintained its rich culture. Our Company reflects this culture with its name Iyanola Beverages.
Vodka is a clear distilled alcoholic beverage. Different varieties originated in Poland, Russia, and Sweden. Vodka is composed mainly of water and ethanol but sometimes with traces of impurities and flavourings. Traditionally, it is made by distilling liquid from fermented cereal grains.
